Metro - Athens / Proastiakos train (Greece) 23_05_2007

Rotem cab viewing during the Champions League Final afternoon in the railway network from Doukisis Plakentias station to Athens Airport and back.The number of the trains (Desiro EMU Rail-Buses Stadler GTW - Rotem) was increased and special non stop trains were available. A diesel-electric ADtranz Bombardier loco was used for backup at the Airport. Beer was the drink of the day and night. :)
