It runs between Fanling (Cheung Wah) and Tin Shui Wai Station, which passes through Fanling South (Pak Wo Road), Ching Ho Estate, North District Hospital and MTR Sheung Shui Station (Choi Yuen Road) before ascending onto Fanling Highway and San Tin Highway to and from Yuen Long Town and Long Ping Estate.
