PAPA BEAR–Dpeel

PAPA BEAR — Dpeel | Official Lyric Video A little red car in a work boot. A drawing on the fridge. Two kids who still come looking for Dad when the thunder starts. “Papa Bear” is a song about trying to be the man my children see in me. It’s turning down the TV, stepping outside when the store gets too loud, and putting everything else aside to race toy cars on the floor. It’s also saying “I’m sorry” when I get it wrong. They’re growing up while I’m still learning how to be their dad. I want them to remember that they could always come to me. “You ain’t got to be the strong one. You’ve been brave enough out there.” For my kids, and every parent trying to make home feel safe. What’s one small moment with your children you wish you could keep forever? Share it in the comments.
