Humbled by Variable Snow Skiing at Stevens Pass - Sunday Sendies #9, 1-21-2023

Another fun day skiing at Stevens Pass! The snow was variable and it was very challenging to get any flow going. There was dust on crust, some pockets of pow, and lots of freeze-thaw chunk. I didn't feel comfortable enough with the ice layer to send the chute. But Danno sent it! Hopefully I can get redemption on the ridge the next time we get some pow. Unfortunately I lost one of my blue grip Tomic poles on the first crash and was unable to find it. Will keep my eyes out online for some bc I love them. We definitely got better at skiing in bad snow this day! Yew!
