Matlock Bath, Tinkers Shaft, Lumsdale Falls and Giddy Edge - 09/01/2019 - 9 Miles

An early 2019, nine mile walk walk which started out at the Station car parkeights of Abraham. From here I followed the footpaths round to Tinkers Shaft, a remnant from the old days of lead mining up here. Heading away from Tinkers Shaft, I headed down the old Limestone Way towards Matlock. A quick walk through Matlock soon saw me climb the hill towards Lumsdale and more importantly Lumsdale Falls. Spent a bit of time exploring and photographing the falls before dropping back down into Matlock and then climbing once again towards High Tor and following the route around Giddy Edge, again a bit of time was spent here before dropping back down into Matlock Bath and the car park where I started the day.
