Truly Scattered. At the time of “Joumaa” the Basis Berlin crew were going through some changes. Some of them moved away, others started to study, or work full time. Timo Ottenströer on the other hand, had just finished high school and knew he needed to escape the everyday grind of living in Berlin for a bit. In the past two years he traveled to over 20 countries with only his camcorder and scooter. This video was filmed on multiple trips through Central Europe, Denmark & Spain. Eastern Europe and the Balkan countries, all the way to Turkey. The desert of Algeria and the countries of South East Asia, ending up in China.
