Xelabus 521 Dennis Trident (ZF/€3) PA06AAU

The final batch of Tridents built before the existing designs were dropped for the integral E400 were a batch of 6 for Bus Vannin. These were numbered 19-24, with all bar 20 being acquired by Tyrers Coaches in 2016. 21-24 remain in use at Xelabus, nowadays on schools but I was lucky to catch this a few years back here on Rail Replacement. Always had a real soft spot for these Lolynes, the lack of sound proofing only adding to the hellfire Trident nosies! This bus was serving Rail Replacement for South Western Railway: Eastleigh to Brockenhurst Calling at: Southampton Airport Parkway, Southampton Central, Totton, Ashurst New Forest and Brockenhurst Filmed between Southampton Airport and Central in February 2023
