Is it safe to trust online videos when booking your holiday stays? We booked a stay at famous Marathi YouTuber Pragat Loke’s Malvan villa, expecting a relaxing vacation, but it turned into an absolute nightmare! We booked the villa for 2 days for ₹12,000 and paid a ₹6,000 advance based on the beautiful videos posted online. But the reality was completely deplorable. Here is what we actually faced: 🚫 Unbearable bad smell right at the room entrance. 🚫 Extremely unhygienic and stinking bathrooms. 🚫 Broken jet flush that was completely unusable. 🚫 Zero hospitality: The caretaker just handed over the keys, gave a rushed briefing, and disappeared. 🚫 The female contact provided by the owner was extremely uncooperative and rude when we raised our concerns. When we rightfully requested a refund for this unacceptable condition, they flat-out refused!
