Ikonart Smart Screen Stencils - Overview

Check out this video that we played at Creativation in Phoenix, AZ Jan. 19-21, 2019! We introduced Ikonart at the show and it was a great success. Can't wait to see what everyone makes with their kits! . Step 1: Print Print custom artwork at preferred size, using an inkjet or laser printer. Inkjet and laser film are included in the Ikonart Kit. Higher density artwork will result in a better stencil. Check your printer settings to see if you are able to adjust the density. . Step 2: Expose Using the LED light and exposure stand that is included in the Ikonart Kit, expose the Ikonart film with your custom artwork. Expose for 35 seconds. . Step 3: Washout Washout the Ikonart film using warm water to reveal your custom stencil. Time will depend on your water pressure and temperature. . Step 4: Create It's time to unleash your creativity!! Place your custom Ikonart stencil on your substrate, applying light pressure to activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive. Apply paint using gentle pressure. Depending on your substrate, different application techniques can be used (squeegee, brush, etc.). . Wash & Reuse Rinse your stencil with warm water and reapply the backing carrier sheet. Allow to dry in order to reuse your stencil again and again. . Visit our website for more information and ideas.
