ABOUT THE PROPERTY This is an apartment building with 42 floors. This is also known as “Tower 42 Benidorm Edition” as it has the same number of floors as Tower 42 (NatWest Tower) in London. On the ground floor, you can’t exit to street level as you need to go to floor -6 to leave the building. Floors -5 thru -1 are the car park floors LIFT ARRANGEMENT There are 6 lifts which are all a set but cars E & F has a 1000kg capacity whilst cars A - D has a smaller capacity of 800kg ABOUT THESE LIFTS This is the only tower in Benidorm which has proper high spect lifts for a tall building. These are some completely awesome Schindler ID/Miconic 10 Destination Dispatch lifts and they go at a speed of 4 m/s which is a really good speed of 42 floors in a apartment and these are the fastest lifts in Benidorm as of right now but I highly doubt it that they are going to construct a tower in Benidorm which has lifts going faster than 4 m/s. Inside the lifts, they have epic Miconic M-Series buttons and indicators. The only thing that I don’t know is that these lifts are Miconic MX-GC’s, if you know, please let me know in the comments.
