CAMPING 'LES PRES VERTS DE 4 SARDINES'.CONCARNEAU- BRITTANY. FRANCE VAN TRIP. SEPT' '23.

OUR FAVORITE 'WILDCARD' CAMPSITE IN BRITTANY- CONCARNEAU. We head further south into Finistère, Brittany, and onto the area around the medieval fishing town of Concarneau. We've wanted to visit here for a while, but struggled with nearby campsites...but now, with the bikes, we found the perfect site, just 10 mins bike away from the town..around 30mins on foot. The campsite 'Les Pres verts de sardines', is a quiet french owned independant campsite, with basic facilities, and perhaps...not for everyone. However, what it lacks in amenities, it more than makes up for in other ways.....which is why it's our favourite 'wildcard' campsite in Brittany. A beach, a great nearby town......and one other suprise, if you're prepared to 'rough it' a little!!! We loved it here, and will go back whenever we get the chance!!
