Halle Berry vs. Olivier Martinez: He Accuses Her of CHOKING Son, Seeks Sole Custody

Halle Berry’s ex-husband Olivier Martinez accuses her of choking their son, Maceo, in court documents obtained by ET. Olivier is seeking a domestic violence restraining order and sole custody. He claims Maceo was in his bedroom when Halle entered and began pushing him, calling him ‘stupid’ and allegedly grabbing him by the neck while shouting, ‘Who is dominant now?’ In a statement to ET, Halle’s attorney calls Olivier’s filing ‘entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.’ A hearing regarding the restraining order is set for Oct. 16.
