Ella Brucolleri on playing Mary Bennet (Jane Austen) (UK/Global) 18/Mar/2026

‘Everyone wants to be Elizabeth, but everyone really is Mary,’ says the actress Ella Bruccoleri of Jane Austen's Bennet sisters. Although best known from Pride and Prejudice, fans of the author will be given a new perspective on the family in The Other Bennet Sister, which stars (as you might have guessed), Ella as the bookish, overlooked Mary. #ellabrucolleri #janeausten #priceandprejudice #marybennet
