DEFCON 27 Badge Social Distancing Reminder

Creating a social distancing reminder with the DEFCON 27 Badge, the official attendee badge for @DEFCONConference , the largest and oldest continuously running hacker conference in the world. The badge will flash the LEDs and play a short tune when it is within range of another badge. It will also store that badge's unique identifier in non-volatile, internal memory for contact tracing purposes, accessible via the UART interface. Every 15 seconds, the LEDs will fade on and off, providing a visual heartbeat for the system. Distance is currently limited to ~1 foot using the existing antenna.
