'Nagtitinikling 'yung pera': Testigo nagtataka sa manager's checks ni VP Sara

Ipinagtataka ni forensic financial analyst Alexander Cabrera ang tinawag niyang "pagti-tinikling" umano ng mga pera ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa paggamit nito ng manager's check sa halip na magbukas na lamang ng time deposit account. Ayon kay Cabrera na tumestigo sa impeachment trial ng bise nitong Biyernes (Oktubre 9), posible umanong ginamit nito ang manager's check upang hindi maisama ang laman nitong pera sa year-end balance ng isang account. Sa gitna ng pagtatanong na ito ni House prosecutor Rep. Chel Diokno, inalmahan ni defense lawyer Atty. Kristine Ferrer ang salitang "tinikling" at "scheme" na ginamit ng testigo.
