Heavy Seas, Steady Hands 🚢 1 Hour 70s-Style Funk & Psych Mix | Groove Syndicate Radio · Session 01

A container ship the size of a city block. High seas, bright sun. On the lounge deck above the containers, she keeps the records spinning – and every new record arrives by crane. Heavy seas outside. Steady hands at the decks. This session sails mostly on raw 70s-style grooves, with a few slower, tape-warm moments: fuzz guitars, saz, wah, horns and fat drums, from the Bosphorus to the Red Sea, from Algeciras to Valletta. Listen for the ship's radio. 🎧 TRACKLIST 0:00 Bosphorus – Slatkoala 2:19 Bosun – Djane Elif 4:52 Full Ahead – Emiza Sage 7:39 Morse Code – Dr Hirune 10:48 High Water – Low Lantern 14:24 Contraband – Dj Filthy 17:13 Pursuit – Djane Elif 20:19 Algeciras – Zenatime 23:26 Storm Warning – Dr Hirune 26:15 Dakar – The Tenant 29:58 Desert Echoes – Zenatime 33:36 Golden Horn – Captain Kerim 37:11 Red Sea – Free P. 40:23 Galata – Emiza Sage 43:11 Ballast – Dj Soulthat 45:28 Bassline Solo – Ahmed Lumumba 49:04 Crosswind – Lif Khan 52:17 Tangier – Mr Anderson 55:20 Decaying Piano Chord – Emiza Sage 59:04 Valletta – The Tenant 📻 ABOUT THE SYNDICATE Groove Syndicate Radio is a fictional radio station.
