LORD LINE TRAWLER OFFICES : HULL : PART 1

After a disappointing start too the day we ended up at HULL ,and decided too explore LORD LINE ....Turned out too be a great explore and lots too see and find out about ...Only had very little knowledge of the place and was amazed just how big the building was ...With exploring with Kev we had a great time going from level too level till we got too the top ..We bumped in too a few other peeps who were also exploring which was good ... A.. great building oddly shaped but surprisingly big ..ONE of those explores that just keeps giving and giving ... The Lord Line building opened in 1949 and was at the heart of Hull's fishing industry. Sadly up to the 1980's, 6000 fishermen lost their lives at the hands of the sea. The Lord Line building began winding down in 1975 when the dock closed and became completely derelict in 1990.
