Trains at Basford Hall 22/08/26

About an hour's walk from Crewe Railway Station, Basford Hall Junction and Casey Lane are wonderful trainspotting locations. We spent around 6 hours here and saw not only passenger services but an array of freight traffic entering the yard. There is an area to park a car (which we will likely use next time) on Casey Lane. Trains featured in the video range from the new Class 93, to the Class 90, a Class 345 on test, Class 222 'Meridians' and the backbone of freight services many Class 66s and of course a multitude of Pendolinos.
