Is Donovan Clingan Portland's next STAR?

Donovan Clingan might just be turning into a star. Despite being aprt of a "weak" draft class, Clingan is having a huge second year emergence, doubling his points and assists while leading the league in offensive rebounds and shot contests. Clingan might just be the bruising center of the past combined with the skillset of the modern game.
