I had over 80,000 gold to spend in Assassin's Creed Origins, and without much to spend all that gold on, I purchased 27 Heka chests (and 1 for the daily quest) from the child merchant Reda. The 28 chests resulted in 7 legendary items and 21 rare don't care items, for a 25% chance to get a legendary item from the Heka Chest.
