Rush - Live In Allentown - September 30th, 1980

Photo taken from the Moving Pictures Tour Book Live at the Allentown Fairgrounds Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States September 30th, 1980 Sound Quality: A Soundboard Recording This is the final circulating performance we have from the Summer 1980 US leg and the penultimate performance from said leg. The band perform a great show tonight, with the highlights being By-Tor, Xanadu, The Trees, Spirit Of Radio, Jacob’s Ladder, and Natural Science. Tonight's performance of Tom Sawyer is a little sloppy, but that could just be because it’s still in development. This show is also captured on a high quality soundboard recording, but the tape unfortunately cuts out in the middle of Natural Science. Overall, a great show, and one I’d recommend if you don’t care about completeness. 0:00 - 2112: Overture / Temple Of Syrinx 5:45 - Freewill 11:46 - By-Tor And The Snow Dog 17:01 - Xanadu 30:04 - Limelight 34:55 - The Trees 39:50 - Hemispheres: Prelude 44:21 - The Spirit Of Radio 49:49 - Closer To The Heart 53:13 - Beneath, Between & Behind 56:20 - Tom Sawyer 1:01:04 - Jacob’s Ladder 1:10:06 - A Passage To Bangkok 1:14:06 - Natural Science
