A Real Talk About Work, Responsibility & Professionalism | Saturday Vlog

A busy Saturday filled with work, responsibilities, home chores, a product shoot and some honest conversations about professional life. In the first part of this vlog, I talk about something I strongly believe in: taking your work seriously. Whether you are an employee, a business owner, a manager or part of a team, responsibility, discipline, professionalism and team spirit matter. Your workplace is where you should bring dedication, respect, focus and the willingness to do your part wholeheartedly. Personal emotions, unnecessary distractions and outside issues should not affect the way you do your work. At the end of the day, your work ethic says a lot about you. I also share a little about the realities of managing a business, handling teams and people, maintaining a healthy work environment and learning from difficult situations without letting them change your positive mindset. The second half of the vlog takes you through my actual Saturday — home chores, work, preparing for our upcoming Durga Puja collections, shooting new arrivals and a little behind the scenes of what goes into getting a shoot done. With Durga Puja just around the corner and new products arriving almost every few days, there is always something happening behind the scenes. It was a long and exhausting day, but a fulfilling one. This isn't a perfect or polished day. It's simply a real glimpse into work, business, responsibility and everyday life.
