The first video focused solely on the Government Complex Sejong area, while this video takes you on a full loop through the rest of the city. Sejong City was established in 2012. Originally, This city was planned as the new capital of Korea to ease congestion in Seoul, the current capital and largest city, and to encourage investment in the country's central region. However, in 2004, the Constitutional Court ruled that the capital must remain in Seoul. As a result, the project was modified to relocate the majority of government ministries and institutions to Sejong, making it a special administrative city instead of a new capital.
