🔥 The first Savatage song I heard and it took me on an extremely deep dive. “Hall of the Mountain King” is one of those songs that ,in my opinion, has everything including what I think to be one of the best bridges in all of metal. When I first started learning Criss' solos, I was hooked. His playing and sound has that THING I listen for. You can tell it's him and as sad as it was, you can tell when it wasn't.
