Keppi rebuilt the Bench 3000 after the first version got hammered in the comments. New thigh pad, new latches, redesigned seat, and a leg developer that no longer relies on a bare roller for body support. We put it through five tests in the Swole Studio and both of us trained on it, because a bench that only fits one person isn't an all-in-one.
