Hare Krishna, Please accept my humble obeisances All glories to Srila Prabhupada We all know how dear the DeLand project is to our beloved HH Bhakti Charu Swami Guru Mahārāja. He personally started and envisioned this project to promote Kṛṣṇa consciousness in the West and wanted to develop DeLand as his Western headquarters for preaching. Over the years, many devotees have expressed their desire to visit DeLand, spend some time there, and offer their service. However, one of the major challenges has been accommodation. We now have a wonderful opportunity to address this need. There is a house on the property that was previously used by the caretaker. If we can renovate this house, it can provide two good apartments for devotees who wish to come, stay for a few weeks, render service to Śrī Śrī Gaura-Nitāi at DeLand, and contribute towards taking Guru Mahārāja’s vision for this project forward. For this renovation project, we need the support of devotees. We humbly request everyone who feels inspired by Guru Mahārāja’s vision for DeLand to please come forward and contribute.
