One Last Time (Dream Theater) - Acoustic Cover by Tsena Koev

Happy 27th anniversary to one of my all-time favourite albums EVER! ❤️🤘 Just a very simple, spontaneous acoustic version of a tiny, tiny part of Dream Theater’s masterpiece, Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory. Guitar and vocals recorded together in one take, using just one microphone. No editing whatsoever, just a little reverb. Video shot on my phone. The whole thing took about half an hour, including tuning the guitar, a few failed takes before I properly warmed up my voice, a little makeup so I wouldn’t look like shit 😂 (all squeezed in between taking the kids to school, grocery shopping, and all the other glamorous everyday chores!). Forever grateful for your legacy, Dream Theater! ❤️‍🔥 P.S. It’s not flawless, I know, but it’s real. ❤️ Again, no time and no desire for editing. I simply poured my heart into celebrating the 27th anniversary of one of the albums that shaped who I am as a person, a musician, and an artist.
