Friday Night Funkin' is an upcoming rhythm video game developed by Funkin' Crew Inc. and released on Newgrounds in 2020.[4] The game is developed by a small group called The Funkin' Crew Inc., which consists primarily of Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, evilsk8r. The game is also open-source.[a] It shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution, PaRappa the Rapper, and the "Dance Contest" minigame from Club Penguin, and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games.[5] The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site that rose in popularity in the early 2000s
Jeffy's Infinite Irida (formerly known as FNFWiki), is an official retake of SML Movie: Jeffy's Endless Aethos! created and directed by Boing Bingus (Formerly), BetaSheep (two former artists of said mod), and Cancer Lorde.[2] The mod began development soon after Aethos V2's cancellation, when it was revealed that jeffyfansml99, the anonymous creator of the mod, was actually Slingmingo, a controversial member of the FNF community. The mod used to have a different direction which was entirely based off of SMLWiki.com (Just for FNFWiki), but the direction was later changed due to one the main developers of the site not wanting any references/mods to SMLWiki.com in any FNF mod.
