We take a quick day trip to Beacon, NY, where we take in the incredible art at DIA Beacon Art Museum, get a little tipsy at a local brewery, play retro arcade games, and of course, enjoy some delicious bites. Beacon is an amazing small town on the Hudson River that's only an hour and a half from NYC, both by train and car.
