WFP Tour Stop 2 – EP. 1 | The Day Before Competition

The day before World Fitness Project Tour Stop 2. In Episode 1, we follow some of our 14 Kriger athletes through their final training session before the competition starts. We also join them for athlete check-in, get our first look at the competition arena and see how they test the floor and equipment before everything kicks off. Then we finish the day together with a little Viking Row before it’s time to rest and get ready for Day 1. Next up: competition day.
