2025 SOWETO BASKETBALL UPRISING TOURNAMENT HIGHLIGHTS (Jozi Captions)

Soweto Basketball Uprising Tournament 6th edition, this annual event honours the spirit of the June 16 Soweto Uprising and provides a national platform for youth basketball excellence. We will host 24 teams from across South Africa and beyond, with matches held at Soweto Basketball Centre, Morris Isaacson High School, and Klipspruit Sports Centre. We are proud to host this tournament in partnership with PUMA and Energade, with Energade serving as our official hydration sponsor. Their support strengthens the tournament’s mission of advancing youth sport and community development.
