WIFI Power Hour: The Multiplier Mindset with Nicole Harding

Women in the Floorcovering Industry recently welcomed Nicole Harding, vice president of CCA Global University, for a WIFI Power Hour exploring the Multiplier Mindset and how leaders can bring out the best in others. Drawing from Liz Wiseman’s "Multipliers," Nicole shared practical strategies for recognizing strengths, encouraging new ideas, empowering team members and creating opportunities for others to grow. The key takeaway: great leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating the conditions for others to contribute, grow and succeed.
