Oktoberfest Word Reveal

Willkommen! Thirty Oktoberfest words are hiding behind blank tiles. How many can your group uncover? Oktoberfest Word Reveal is a guess-the-word game for recreation and activity programs, made for older adults, adults in long-term care, and group home settings. For each word, you'll hear how many letters it has and three spoken clues. Then the letters appear one at a time, so everyone has time to think and call out a guess. The words build from easy to hard: Germany, music and pretzel to start, sauerkraut, Gemütlichkeit and gingerbread by the end. There's an optional break halfway through and a question for the group to talk about. Play it straight through, or pause any time to give your group more time to guess and chat.
