How to install Samsung Theme on Windows Longhorn Milestone 3-4

the time has come, some of you are asking about how i manage to put samsung theme from xp into actual longhorn build on my previous video from 3 yrs ago, so there you go disclaimer : this tutorial will not work on milestone 5 or higher longhorn build as those build utilise different login screen as a result if you do this on those build it results sound scheme not working and the login screen will become glitch and make the windows itself unusable after you go to login screen (i try this on build 4030) enjoy music : windows 95 - clouds.mid
