In this session, we’ll explore a real-world use case where a Salesforce opportunity triggers SAP Cloud Integration, which invokes SAP S/4HANA Credit Check APIs and uses the AI Adapter with an AI Sales Agent to evaluate credit information, business rules, and sales context. The AI Agent analyzes the credit history and recommends whether the opportunity should be approved, reviewed, or blocked, with the decision fed back into Salesforce for business users to act upon.
