When ‪@ZaraLarssonOfficial‬ and ‪@robyn‬ meet in Stockholm for Rolling Stone’s eighth annual Musicians on Musicians series, it's both a homecoming and a familiar reunion for the #swedish pop superstars. This year, they went from mutual admirers to recurring collaborators, with #robyn joining #zaralarsson on the #midnightsun: Girl’s Trip remix of “Puss Puss” and Larsson returning the favor on the heart-racing Sexistential remix “Talk to Me, Zara.” But the connection between the two artists goes far beyond the studio. Having both launched their careers as ambitious teenagers, Robyn and Larsson have experienced what it's like to have their bold personalities perceived as something to be tampered down. Their refusal to shrink resulted in cancelled brand deals in Larsson’s case, and skeptics tossing tomatoes on stage in Robyn’s.
