Keep Walking

I Am Still Becoming For years, I confused freedom with escape. I ran from responsibility, from commitment, from silence, and sometimes from myself. I built habits that slowly became chains, convinced that tomorrow would always be the day I finally changed. But change demands more than desire. It demands purpose, discipline, commitment, and the courage to keep walking when the old life calls you back. And then there is the battle with the ego—the voice demanding perfection, condemning every failure and telling us that if we fall, we have failed completely. But Christ offers something different. He does not demand that we become perfect before approaching Him. He offers grace while we are still broken. This song is about leaving behind the man I was—not through perfection, but through purpose. Falling, rising, failing, repenting, and continuing forward. Because grace does not mean we never fall. Grace means we are never abandoned when we do. I am not finished. I am still becoming. 🖤
