Sony A7 III: Birds of Prey 3.0 Firmware Animal Eye AF Test

In my latest video, I look at the new 3.0 Firmware for the Sony Alpha A7III and its Animal AF capabilities. Sony's new Animal Eye AF isn't configured to work on birds yet but in this video I will show that on some birds it will function reasonably well providing your subject isn't moving around too much making it a good option for portrait stills. In the video I will analyse a collection of photos taken of a Red Kite at the British Bird Of Prey Centre in Carmarthen Wales Uk and will discuss how well the animal Eye tracking worked and issues I found. The video also starts with an update of my current work with the A7III using with the Simga 150-600 Contemporary lens and MC-11 adaptor.
