We Swapped Jobs for a Day! | Diversity & Inclusion at Tunga Nutrition

Stepping out of our comfort zones and into each other’s shoes! For Diversity & Inclusion Day at Tunga Nutrition Uganda, our team stepped into different roles under the theme “Inclusive Employee Systems.” From finance managers sampling raw materials in Quality Control to procurement team members registering trucks at the security gate, the role swaps gave employees a first-hand experience of the responsibilities, challenges and expectations of other departments. It was a day of learning, empathy and collaboration, reminding us that every role plays an important part in keeping Tunga moving forward. 🎥 Watch the highlights and experience Diversity & Inclusion at Tunga!" #tunganutrition #poultryfarming #hendrix
