LR TEQ CARNIVAL PERFECT CELL!!! (DBZ: Dokkan Battle) The Ultimate Android is here, but he's completely stranded on an island! Today we are showcasing the newly released LR TEQ Carnival Perfect Cell in DBZ Dokkan Battle. Can his individual passive kit overcome a massive lack of modern, reliable linking partners on Artificial Life Forms and Androids? Is he a must-summon for the future, or should you skip until his team finally catches up? Let's find out!
