Giant Bull Bahubali Arrives in Hyderabad for Narayanguda Sadar Festival

A special report features preparations for the annual Sadar festival celebrations in Hyderabad, highlighting the arrival of the massive Murrah bull named Bahubali. Located at Chitta Boyina Veeraiah Yadav Nilayam in Kachiguda's Chappal Bazar, the five-and-a-half-year-old bull was brought specially for the upcoming Sadar congregation at Narayanguda. Originating from Haryana and recently brought via Kerala, Bahubali weighs upwards of 2,000 kilograms, standing tall and measuring around fourteen feet in length. The caretaker points out that despite its imposing frame, the bull is calm, accustomed to human contact, and will be adorned with traditional garlands, bells, and decorative ankle bands for the parade. The organizers also keep another giant bull weighing nearly 1,800 kilograms at their farmhouse. Explaining the broader challenges faced by the community, the caretaker highlights how increasing urbanization, lack of grazing space, and traffic congestion in Hyderabad have severely affected traditional cattle rearing. In earlier times, buffaloes were regularly walked and bathed in water bodies like the Musi river, keeping them healthy and productive. With limited city amenities today, youth and dairy rearers must lease farm land outside city boundaries or spend heavily on interstate transport, paying tens of thousands of rupees to bring high-yield Murrah breeds for the Diwali festival. The showcase also aims to introduce superior Murrah genetics to local cattle rearers to improve future milk productivity. #SadarFestival #HyderabadSadar #BahubaliBull #NarayangudaSadar #TelanganaCulture Watch Teenmaar Full Episode    • Vote Bachao, Desh Bachao Maha March | AP M...   Gyanesh must resign..
