Chocolate half sheet cake recipe without oil, butter or dairy

This is part one of the chocolate sheet cake video demonstration. This recipe is a follow up to many requests from my viewers who watched the 8 inch round chocolate cake. Many of you wanted a similar recipe for making a half or quarter sheet chocolate cake recipe. This recipe has no oil, butter or dairy as any of its main ingredients.
