Politics, Power, and the Kingdom of God - Pt 1

Can Christians participate in politics without allowing politics to replace the Gospel? In Episode 3, Part 1 of the Simplified Podcast, we examine the intersection of Christianity, politics, and the Gospel. Pastor Ivor Myers and the Simplified team explore what Jesus meant by the Kingdom of God—and why lasting transformation begins in the human heart, not with a political party or earthly nation. In this conversation: What makes God’s kingdom different from earthly kingdoms? Can political identity become an idol? Should Christians try to legislate the Gospel? What is the proper role of government? How can believers engage in politics while remaining faithful to Christ?
