Getting Afloat with Nick Gates, Episode 7. Pilot Cutters.

We Visit Bristol Channel Pilot Cutters Kindly Light and Marianne at Gweek Quay in Cornwall. We take a look at Agnes being built, and go for a sail on Eve of St Mawes, possibly the boat that started the Pilot Cutter Revolution. We make a beaching leg, look at seasoning timber, and watch a stem cut and fitted. On the Sharpie we fit the foredeck.
