Welding Program at SDCE

Introduces the principles and practices used in the welding industry today. Provides instruction and practical experience necessary to safely perform shielded metal arc welding on projects utilizing steel plates and shapes with fillet and groove welds to American Welding Society acceptable standards. Students also gain workplace skills such as math, communications and business ethics.
