From the Eldar Codex from 1999 (3rd edition) there were special characters included in the codex. Including Eldrad Ulthran. Another character in the book is an Autarch from the Saim Hann Windrider Host called Nuadhu Fireheart! He rides on a platform on the back of a Vyper!
