شاروالی کابل قیرریزی لایهٔ دوم سرک کوتل خیرخانه آغاز کرد بخش سوم سرک کوتل خیرخانه به‌طول ۳ هزار و ۶۴۷ متر و عرض ۲۷ متر طراحی شده است. قیرریزی لایهٔ اول این سرک در یک لین، از سرای شمالی تا سرک کوتل، انجام شده و تنها ۱۲۱۷ متر آن به عرض ۹.۳۰ متر در سمت چپ سرک باقی مانده است که پس از تکمیل زیرساخت و آماده‌سازی بدنهٔ خاکی، قیرریزی خواهد شد. این سرک در مجموع دارای سه لایه قیرریزی بوده و پس از تکمیل قیرریزی لایهٔ دوم، مراحل بعدی کار نیز عملی خواهد شد. قرار است این پروژه در سال روان اِن‌شاءالله تکمیل و به بهره‌برداری سپرده شود. سرک کوتل خیرخانه از مسیرهای مهم مواصلاتی کابل و شاهراه ارتباطی با ولایات شمالی کشور است که روزانه هزاران عراده موتر از آن عبور می‌کنند. Kabul Municipality Begins Asphalt Paving of the Second Layer of Khair Khana Pass Road Kabul Municipality has commenced asphalt paving of the second layer of the Khair Khana Pass Road, as part of the ongoing efforts to improve road infrastructure and ease traffic congestion in the capital. The third section of Khair Khana Pass Road has been designed with a total length of 3,647 meters and a width of 27 meters. The first layer of asphalt paving has already been completed on one lane of the road, stretching from Sarai-e-Shamali to the Khair Khana Pass Road. Only 1,217 meters, with a width of 9.30 meters, remain on the left side of the road. Asphalt paving on this remaining section will be carried out after the completion of the required substructure works and preparation of the road’s soil base. The road will consist of three asphalt layers in total. Following the completion of the second layer, the subsequent stages of the project will also be implemented. The project is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic within the current year, God willing. Khair Khana Pass Road is one of the important transportation routes in Kabul and serves as a major connection to the northern provinces of Afghanistan.
