Learn how to make nalpamaradi oil at home. Also known as nalpamaradi keram, it is a skin glow oil. It has anti aging properties and it is the best oil for dry skin. Nalpamara is best for acne and pigmentation also. Here's the making process. step one, we are going to prepare Kalka dravya initially. Crush all the Kalka dravya ingredients together in a home mixer grinder. That means, you just crush Nalmapara, Manjishta, Triphala, and Fever grass together without adding any water content. Put it aside for an hour. After an hour, Boil 1.5 liter of Coconut oil and add the crushed Kalka dravya to the oil. Cook it in mild flame for 45 to 75 minutes. Never burn the herbs. You have to adjust the heat and stir oil and herbs. You have to cook the oil until the oil quantity is reduced to 1.4 part. After cooking, let the oil and herbs cool. After cooling filter the oil and put it aside. Remember, you have to squeeze out all the oil from the herbs. So, Kalka dravya oil is ready. We are going to prepare Drava dravya. Crush all the Drava dravya, which means Kasturi Manjal and Vetiver without adding any water to a mixer grinder. And put it aside for an hour. Third step, Boil 1.5 liter of water. Add crushed Drava dravya (Kasturi Manjal and Vetiver) in boiled water and continue boiling until the water quantity is reduced to 1/4 part. When the Water quantity in boiled Drava dravya is reduced to 1/4, add the prepared Kalka oil to this mix. Keep cooking in mild heat for 20-40 minutes. So the Oil liquid is ready now. Let it cool. After cooling, filter out all the oil from the herbs. Use a cotton cloth to filter. Squeeze out all the golden liquid from the herbs. And, your heavenly Nalpamaradi tailam is ready.
