自動巻き「ペルペチュエル」解説③｜パワーリザーブ機構｜ブレゲ No.160 | Perpétuelle #3 Power Reserve | Breguet No.160

ブレゲ No.160「マリー・アントワネット」に搭載された、自動巻き機構「ペルペチュエル」に関連するパワーリザーブ機構を、CADと3Dプリント模型を使って再現・解説しました。 この機構では、ゼンマイの巻き上げ量に応じて、ねじに沿った部品が上下します。 その小さな動きをレバーとカムを介して表示軸へ伝え、文字盤側の針でゼンマイの巻き上げ状態を表示します。 今回の模型では、前回製作した満巻時のロック機構と組み合わせ、巻き上げ軸の約3.94回転に合わせてパワーリザーブ表示が変化する構成としています。 資料から確認できるのは主に、巻き上げ軸の回転を上下運動へ変換する部分です。 その先のレバーから表示軸へ動きを伝える部分については、詳しい構造を確認できる資料が見つからなかったため、実機写真や残された図を参考に、カムを使った機構として再構成しています。 また、PLA模型ではカム部分の摩擦や戻りばねの影響が大きく、巻き上げ方向では表示が完全には滑らかに動きませんでした。 将来、実寸の金属模型を製作する際には、この部分について改めて調整する予定です。 今回の機構について、別の解釈や資料をご存じの方がいましたら、ぜひコメントで教えてください。 This video explains and reconstructs the power reserve mechanism associated with the “Perpétuelle” self-winding system of Breguet No.160, the famous “Marie Antoinette” watch, using CAD and a 3D-printed working model. In this mechanism, the winding state of the mainspring is converted into a small axial movement along a threaded shaft. This movement is transferred through a lever and cam to the indicator shaft, which moves the power reserve hand on the dial side. For this model, the mechanism is combined with the full-wind locking system shown in the previous video. The power reserve indication changes over approximately 3.94 turns of the winding arbor. The threaded winding-indicator mechanism is described in surviving references, but the detailed transmission between the lever and the indicator shaft is not clearly documented. For this reason, that section has been reconstructed using surviving diagrams and photographs of the original watch and the No.1160 replica. Because this model is made from PLA, friction in the cam mechanism and the force of the return spring prevent the indicator from moving completely smoothly in the winding direction. This section will need to be redesigned and adjusted when I eventually attempt a full-size metal model.
