Simplifying to Multiply: Harrison Fakas on Rebranding and Scaling ElectriCode

In this episode of the Home Service Studs podcast, Andrew Hathaway speaks with Harrison Fakas, owner of ElectriCode, a faith-based home service company in Las Vegas that just completed a rebrand with Dan Antonelli and the Kick Charge team. Harrison shares how he started the business out of his in-laws' garage in 2017 and grew it to about 23 team members, now on pace for $5 million in 2026, nearly 100% growth over last year, with a 2030 vision of a $19 million company. The conversation covers the who and why behind the rebrand, building a strong culture grounded in faith and core values, using AI tools like Claude and WhisperFlow for SOPs, meeting summaries and journaling, a costly van accident and Las Vegas commercial auto insurance rates, and keeping faith and family first.
